- Purchased by Austin Ventures in 2010 and became MIQ Logistics.
- Named Joey Carnes chairman and chief executive officer and John Carr president and chief operating officer in 2010.
- Acquired UK-based The Logistics Corporation Ltd. in 2011 to augment retail service offerings in the United Kingdom and Europe.
